The Study Pillar involves anything where the mind gains knowledge. By nature, we are using the Study Pillar many times throughout the day, whether we are aware of it or not; when we scroll down Facebook, or watch YouTube , or read a magazine, it is a natural process of the mind. When we use it on purpose and with intent, great things happen. For example: getting a degree, learning a trade, learning different skill sets, increased ability to make better health choices because of knowledge gained about healthy living, or deepening our relationship with the Lord.
Here are a few suggestions to consider for the 40 Day Lenten Journey. Keep in mind these are just a few examples. Feel free to choose what you think would be best for you. The point is to pick one and dedicate a certain amount of time per day or week and learn with intent and on purpose the subject of your heart’s desire.
If you have any questions, please message me.
God bless,
DD
